At Qibila AI, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all subscription fees and credit purchases. This policy applies to all users regardless of subscription plan, usage level, or reason for cancellation.
By subscribing to or purchasing services from Qibila AI, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
Our no-refund policy exists due to the unique nature of our AI-powered service and the significant costs involved in delivering it:
1. Heavy Computational Resource Usage
- AI Processing Costs: Every AI request you make consumes expensive computational resources. These costs are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered.
- GPU/TPU Resources: Our AI models run on specialized hardware that costs thousands of dollars per hour to operate.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Data storage, processing, and serving content require continuous infrastructure expenses.
2. Immediate Resource Allocation
- Heavy Credits: Your subscription includes 1,000 heavy credits that are allocated to your account immediately upon payment.
- Instant Access: All features and AI capabilities are available immediately after subscription, and usage begins right away.
- Non-Returnable Services: Once AI processing is consumed, it cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
3. Ongoing Operational Costs
- Data Storage: Your content is stored securely with redundant backups, incurring continuous storage costs.
- AI Model Maintenance: We continuously update and improve AI models, requiring significant R&D investment.
- Support Infrastructure: Customer support, security monitoring, and system maintenance are ongoing expenses.
What This Means for You
Subscription Payments
- Monthly subscriptions ($20/month) are non-refundable once charged
- Annual subscriptions ($16/month, billed yearly at $192) are non-refundable once charged
- Partial refunds for unused time are not available
- You can cancel future renewals at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current period
Credit Purchases
- Additional heavy credits purchased are non-refundable
- Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire
- Credits cannot be transferred to other users or converted to cash
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all features until the subscription expires
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
- Unused credits will remain in your account for future use if you resubscribe
Limited Exceptions
In very rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis:
Exceptional Circumstances
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Service Failure: If our service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
- Billing Errors: If we made a clear error in processing your payment
